Nick and Hazel at The Flowing Spring in Playhatch, Oxfordshire, have been serving tasty, worry-free meals for over five years.
The kitchen at the heart of this great operation has been re-named The Intolerant Chef, to emphasise how important it is to us to cater for those with intolerances, allergies and dietary preferences.
The majority of our meals are gluten-free and dairy-free and there is a superb choice of vegetarian and vegan food too.		 Unlike most food outlets, we detail all allergens present on every menu item so you can be reassured our food is safe for you. And we can always offer alternatives in the unlikely event something isn't quite suitable.
Some diners have unusual allergies not covered by the European Allergens Directives. Because we know what goes into our food, we can help you make the right choices.  		We are being recognised for the quality and range of food we make for people with dietary needs.
